Job description
RF Optimization Solution Architect performs RF network performance optimization to optimize customer Network for optimum utilization of network resources and best customer experience. It is applicable for optimization of 5G networks.
Responsibility:
Scope, define design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solution.
Active participation in customer network optimization related discussions
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements participate in risk analysis and Develop technical presentations proposals, perform customer presentations
Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions Collaborate with customer to understand and resolve the issues
Identify add-on sales opportunities, collect and document customer requirements
To function as a team leader for a group of RF Optimization engineers and make technical presentations.
To formulate Radio Optimization solutions meeting customer requirements.
To be successful in role must have:
Good understanding of LTE with hands on experience on RAN products, Radio parameters, key performance Indicators and Features
Proficient on Ericsson system/parameters/KPIs, features and tools
Has worked on Huawei system and good understanding on Huawei products, Parameters. KPIs and features
Performed basic drive test and on- field parameter tuning for LTE
Layer management and understanding the different events and trigger mechanism
Experience on Radio performance reporting tools e.g OSS, ENM, MYCOM or similar tools in other vendors/operators
