Job description
Job Overview:
To lead the team of 68 chefs in providing quality food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Will be reporting directly to Head Chef. Will need to prepare South Indian breakfast Indian Curries Sauces Tandoori Malwani and other miseenplace for daily operations. Preparing specials of the day menu. Indenting and ordering daily store requirements. Will be required to work in shifts and break shifts.
Job Description
- Proficient in all cuisines (Indian Konkan South Indian Tandoor) sound knowledge of Continental cuisine.
- Assist Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen operations.
- To handle all sections of the kitchen i.e. Hot range Sauce Pantry Cold kitchen.
- To oversee smooth functioning all shifts like breakfast lunch and dinner.
- Maintain FSSAI Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
- Training of staff.
- Departmental report making.
- Expense tracking.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Food Production.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar field.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably Male between age group 30 to 45 years.
