Experience of Welding fixture design, Assembly fixture design, check fixture design using software Creo & Solid works. High Proficiency 3D design of Jigs & Fixtures for Heavy Engineering products/Equipment's from Off-highway, Agricultural and Construction Industries. Experience in heavy fabricated structural design. Sound knowledge of Manual Clamping, Pneumatic and Hydraulic clamping. Purchase part/Standard part selection. Manufacturing drawing creation, GD&T & Bom Creation. Knowledge of Manufacturing processes & Material Selection. Software: Solid works/Creo- 3D & 2D Experience Good communication skills Able to handle Team of 2-5 engineer.
