Job Description: Executive Assistant (EA To MD)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with other staff and ensure proper Follow up of assigned tasks and keep a detailed record of the same to track task status, task progress and deadlines.

● Regularly follow up with staff members to ensure tasks are progressing according to schedule.

● Identify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them promptly to the Director.

● Prepare regular reports summarizing task status, potential issues, and recommended solutions.

● Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence/ Calls/ Emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

● Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments.

● Coordinate with other departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

● Works closely and effectively with the Leadership to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

● Excellent Follow Up Skills (Mandatory).

● Minimum 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to MD/CEO.

● Any Graduate from a Reputed University

● Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal to influence and persuade.

● Strong work ethics, an ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company.

● Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

● Advanced Microsoft office skills with an ability to become familiar with firm specific software and programs.

Additional Information:

● Shift timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

● Location: Okhla, Phase-1, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi

● Mode: Work from Office Only

● Employment Type: Full Time
