Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Specialist to join our company name team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of handson experience working with ERPNext or similar ERP systems. The role involves managing configuring and optimizing ERPNext to meet the companys operational requirements across various departments.
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and workflows.
Provide enduser support training and troubleshooting for ERPNext users.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and implement solutions within ERPNext.
Perform data migration validation and system integration tasks.
Ensure system stability security and performance by implementing best practices and system updates.
Generate reports analyze data and provide insights to support decisionmaking processes.
Document configurations processes and procedures related to ERPNext.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
12 years of handson experience working with ERPNext or a similar ERP system.
Proficiency in configuring ERPNext modules and workflows.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of database management data structures and system integration principles.
Familiarity with customization scripting and reporting tools within ERPNext is a plus.
Certifications in ERPNext or related areas are advantageous.
