ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance principles. • Drafting the Agenda, Notice, Minutes, and other documents of Meetings • Preparation and filing of RoC related documents such as MGT, PAS, etc • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and guidelines regarding investment activities. • Keeping abreast of changes in RBI regulations and industry best practices for compliance. • Liaising with regulatory authorities and participating in regulatory examinations or audits. • Developing and implementing internal controls to mitigate compliance risks associated with investment activities. • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management or regulatory bodies regarding investment compliance activities. • Collaborating with other departments, such as legal and risk management, to address compliance-related concerns.
