Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • 12+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required.
  • 5+ years in a Shared Services Leadership Role.
  • Bachelor's degree / Finance and a professional CA qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management and effectively disseminate information.
  • Prior experience supporting and working with a US based company required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge with India booking keeping/accounting/compliance.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a dynamic work environment while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with ERP software, NetSuite preferred.
  • Salesforce knowledge - preferred.

Work Timings

Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 3 days' work from office at Hyderabad.
