Role Name: Partner communication lead

About the team:

Wipro’s Ecosystems & Partnerships Group collaborates with Global Business Lines, Product partners and clients across industries best-in-class technologies at scale to achieve positive business outcomes. We are looking for a partner communication lead to support Eco-system partners (CSPs and our bouquet of partnerships) at Wipro. It is an opportunity to bring your experience, and drive success stories with Sales and Global Business Line Communities to evangelize transformation and value across customer journeys by leveraging the partners and platforms.

Position Description:

The communication lead will be responsible to work jointly with the partners and for creating quality content, building awareness, knowledge, and consideration of Wipro in this space, with clients, prospects, analysts, employees, and other stakeholders. Success will be measured by the ability to execute initiatives agreed upon, which will establish Wipro as a market leader.

This role is based out of Bangalore, India and reports to the Head of Partner GTM & Strategic Programs for Ecosystems and Partnership Group

This position is specifically responsible for the following:

  1. Establish Wipro as the partner of choice, improving brand perception, drive demand across target customers, media, partner ecosystem and more.
  2. Design, develop, and execute an integrated joint partner communication plan aligned to business goals while working with internal and external stakeholders. Refine the plan on a regular basis to align with the sales and overall business strategy.
  3. Own Partner Newsletter & PartnerCast, soliciting input from GPLs, finalizes copy, publishes Newsletter. This would include working on the schedule, logistics, branding & internal promotion.
  4. Work with the business and partners to facilitate, drive & own joint thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
  5. Owns internal Communications for Partnership Ecosystem – includes Collabs, solutions and co-ordination with Partner Led events
  6. Identify, develop, and track partner events, both virtual and in-person, aligned to the partner strategy.
  7. Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing, partner organization and business colleagues.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

The successful candidate possesses the following:

  1. 10-12 years of partner communication experience
  2. Strong preference for experience in content development
  3. Ability to build strategic perspective, influence, and ability to execute it. Assertive go-getter
  4. High impact business communication skills
  5. Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles in alignment with Wipro’s brand guidelines, techniques, and best practices.
  6. Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value proposition.
