Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle in the assigned region. This includes identifying and meeting with potential customers driving sales for specific product categories across four verticals and developing strong associations with key decisionmakers. You will also need to coordinate effectively with the regional sales coordinator develop competitive strategies and suggest innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Additionally you will be required to demonstrate and deliver presentations for all product solutions and coordinate with the Tender/GeM team for processing tenders and orders.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have proven work experience in a senior sales role with a specific emphasis on government sales. Strong organizational skills a problemsolving attitude and excellent communication skills are essential. Availability to travel as needed is also required. Previous experience in CCTV AV IT Furniture Automation Software Cloud Educational or Institutional industry is preferred.
