Desi Creative Group is the parent firm to 3 unique brands founded by Veteran Indian Comic Artist and International Educator Mr. Dilip K Chaubey with an aim of revolutionizing character-based entertainment and art education in India. The group comprises of 3 brands as per below;

First brand, VINBO Collectibles is India's original collectible toy brand for kids ages 4+. The brand offers a captivating world of new characters, imagination and wonder for kids. With high-quality and innovative toy formats, children can embark on exciting adventures, nurture their creativity, and create cherished memories.

Second brand, VINMICS Studios is contemporary comic publishing studio, founded in 2022. With 'Vinverse' at its helm, Mr Chaubey with his team is committed to crafting original, authentic, and relatable comic narratives that will embark fans on an exhilarating journey, and take Indian comics to the world stage.

Third Brand, Dilip Chaubey School of Art (DCSA) is India's First Comic Book School founded by Veteran Indian Comic Artist and Educator Mr Dilip Chaubey, dedicated to training artists in sequential arts and techniques of the comic industry. The school offers part-time and full-time courses online and offline along with workshops to upskill and train talented artists. The school is based in Lucknow, India.

Candidate Search:

We are looking for an ideal candidate who will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with founders. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a humble-hustler attitude. 

Lead All Key Functions:

• Marketing Strategy
• Marketing Communications
• Social Media Management
• Content Planning
• PR & Events

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Host and lead events according to the brand's requirements
• Drive the brand's PR initiatives along with Founder Mr Chaubey's PR initiatives
• Manage all social media handles for all brands

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 years' experience in marketing
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurship experience is a good advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside-the-box
• Good organisational, communications & negotiation skills
• Good understanding of recruiting and good interviewing skills
• Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint with good presentation skills
• Team player with the ability to problem solve, manage complex projects and multi-task
• Able to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
