Job description
1 Participate in Daily / Weekly / Monthly meetings
2 Ensure all operations activities in compliance with Shipskart Standard Operating Procedures.
3 Manage all types of communication in order to Smooth Delivery.
4 Arrange Transport // Shipping Bills and any other arrangement with respect to Supply.
5 Ensure all Supply incharge should have correct delivery notes / Shipskart Check list.
6 Brief the safety procedure to all SI for Delivery.
7 Responsible for All Labeling / Packaging / Quality checks / Quantity checks.
8 Direct Report to Branch Manager in emergency.
9 Overall Communication incharge for Deliveries.
10 Vendor Management Vendor follow ups.
11 Responsible for Inward / outward of stocks.
12 Ensure all Goods have sufficient validity.
13 Maintain code of conduct while dealing with vendors suppliers or at vessel for delivery with polite and friendly behavior
14 Not to disclose anyone the information or details which is not relevant related to particular clients vessel or suppliers
