This Exciting Role Offers Opportunity To - Engages with CFT team at Puducherry plant to produce the world class product with defect free.
- Having Good knowledge of UPS and UPS background and hand on experience on component level failure analysis.
- Customer complaints managing by doing proper analysis after receipt of failed part from Field and ensuring effective problem-solving process with CFT team, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring effectiveness of corrective actions & preventive actions.
- Knowledge of Quality tools and problems solving methods. Utilized systematic processes like 8D/A3 with CFT and prepare the 8D, Fish Bone Analysis, Why -Why analysis reports for the field failure.
- Prepare the Failure analysis reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the field information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and validations of report.
- Responsible for Troubleshoot of product and Debugging PCBA in field failure.
- Understanding the problem statement clearly and then channeling the complaints to the right individuals/teams for resolution across all Product groups.
- Responsible for discussing containment, corrective, and preventive actions with the internal and external customer complaints.
- Responsible to initiate continuous improvement on MRB, scrap and rework to achieve set targets along with YOY improvements.
- Customer escapes prevention, increasing productivity by implementing plans and actions to reduce costs of poor quality.
- Achieving product reliability enhancement associated with process capability and design-related corrective actions.
- Supporting to new product implementation in plant.
- Conduct the regular meeting with CFT for product improvement and reduction in field failure and reduction in warranty consumption which will help in CONC.
- To be the expert for the UPS quality control /Assurance for the UPS manufacturing.
- Drive CFT for Quality improvement in products, based on field failure with CAPA and improve product performance.
