Job description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
• Familiarizing self with all services offered by our company.• Lead generation, acquiring new clients through direct contact, online data, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with
different departments of the company.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives • Negotiating with clients to secure the
most attractive prices.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company formats & guidelines.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and coordinating with operations department for necessary changes if required.
• Remaining in tune with trends in market to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Sharing reports for sales activity, projections and forecast
Requirements and skills:
• Proven working experience as a business development / sales executive.
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge • Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport • Time management and planning skills
• Bachelor or Masters in business administration, sales or relevant field.
