Sr. Business Development Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to help grow HeyCoach's customer base.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Experience in account management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
