Position Purpose

Ø Management support is responsible for the coordination and contribution to a range of activities in Middle Office, IRP and DA departments.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Ø Ensuring effective management and implementation of the deliverables from internal/external stakeholders

Ø Work on the 'Budget & Forecast' numbers for the assigned Business Units.

Ø Prepare various dashboards based on the requirement for the Senior Management

Ø Ensure appropriate escalation in case of non-adherence of timelines and specs

Ø Managing & scheduling BU Head and Global Senior Management, clients, external collaborators events and report accordingly.

Ø Co-ordinating with operations manager to ensure the process metrics are met as per organizational SLA.

Ø Establish governance to track performance, feedback including frequent review mechanisms within the teams.

Ø Participate in Brain Storming Sessions and share the best practices and ideas with the Operations managers / leads.

Ø Expertise in Using Banking Software's & overall awareness of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Ø Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management.

Ø Willingness to take on other duties as assigned by management

Ø Excellent communication skills
