Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of Python language

• Design, implement & document the backend APIs for the platform
• Interact with Business Users to understand key requirements of the projects and document it well
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Configure and maintain software / system deployment scripts
• Develop integrations with third party applications (mostly web-based)
• Produce and maintain technical product documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Python programmer
• Understanding of server-side applications
• Good understanding of REST APIs standards
• Experience working with Django & Flask framework
• Ability to write code using good hygiene and documentation
• Experience with multi process and multi threading environments is a big plus
• Experience with web scraping
