Title: - Area Manager (Private & Govt. Projects)
Job Profile:
- To cover Private projects, builders, related architects, contractors.
- Conducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients.
- Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities.
Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis.
- Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters/contractors & other institutional clients on regular basis
- Getting specification/approvals in major Govt. departments.
- To achieve desired business from their designated territory.
Desired Skills:
- Strong desire to achieve business number for the designated territory/customer
- Proven success in expanding markets and establishing and sustaining profitable client relationships.
- Result Oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills
- Leadership and client relationship building skills.
- Good Energy Level. Should be able to travel.
- Meeting Sales Goals
- Good business relation with clients/departments
- Strong computer knowledge
