Role: Sr. Network Engineer Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai Schedule: 45hours/week Working Model: Hybrid

Intro: Intertrust, a CSC Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network engineer to join our growing organization. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for support operations, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Firewalls, Infoblox, and Cisco ACI technologies. In addition, you will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing Network operations and technologies. You will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and respond to situations where the first line support fails to handle or fix problems. You would be part of a distributed, but multi-talented team and collaborate daily to deliver value to our internal customers. You will work collaboratively with the other team’s, the Core Infra teams, and various stakeholders within the organization to ensure the delivery of Networks tasks meets the needs of our strategic vision.

Some of the things you’ll be doing: Implementing and supporting network infrastructure solutions utilizing Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Firewalls, Infoblox, and Cisco ACI technologies. Collaborating with other IT teams to gather requirements and design network solutions that align with business objectives. Working on implementation and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS servers. Performing network capacity planning and conducting periodic assessments to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, providing timely resolution to minimize network downtime. Conducting network security audits and implementing necessary measures to protect the network infrastructure. Creating and maintaining network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Participating in change management processes, including evaluating and implementing network changes in accordance with best practices. Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to ensure effective delivery and support of network services. Use and encourage automations wherever possible. Monitor Network performance and integrity.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering Electronics or equivalent based on practical experience. Professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure including 5-7 years in support operations of Network services across diverse geographies and organizational cultures. Demonstrable ability to act autonomously and being analytical, and structured. This position requires a person who is highly self-motivated, understand depth troubleshooting, and must be able to multi-task in a fast faced global and multicultural environment. Hands-on experience with F5 load balancers, including LTM and GTM modules, and proficiency in designing and configuring high-availability load balancing solutions. Proven expertise in designing and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, including configuration, policy management, and threat prevention. Familiarity with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM solutions and experience in integrating them with network infrastructure. Knowledge of Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and experience in deploying and managing ACI fabric, policies, and integrations. Extensive knowledge and support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such as BGP, OSPF, VPN, VPC, VSS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of ITIL framework. SME Level skills in areas Infoblox, Cisco ACI, Nexus switches and Cisco Cat Switches ISR / ASR Routers Check Point / Palo Alto firewalls. F5 Load Balancers Cisco Voice CUCM knowledge. Tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco Prime / DNA and Stealth watch Should meet 90% criteria.

Preferred Certification: Cisco Professional (CCNP) or Expert (CCIE) PCNSE F5 certifications JNCIE
