Hiring for One of the Leading General Insurance
Position: Product Manager (Commercial Lines Underwriting)
(We can look for someone to be based out of Mumbai or Ahmedabad)
Experience: minimum 3 years in Commercial Line Underwriting with portfolio management.
Job Description - The objective is to ensure quality in the Commercial Line underwriting being accepted, through Risk Analysis, Portfolio management & adherence to Underwriting guidelines.
- Underwriting of Commercial Iine products (Fire, Engineering, Marine, Miscellaneous, Liability limited to Employee compensation & Public Liability (industrial/Non Industrial/ Act)
- Responsible for preparation of Quotation- Refferal as per authority
- Ensure 100% compliance with all the underwriting approvals & guidelines.
- Portfolio Management and Market benchmarking & identifying the areas for correction
- Conduct trainings w.r.t. Commercial products & UW processes with Internal business team and external members as when demand
- Regular connect with distribution team and Intermediary to Grow business Mix
- Contribute in achieving the topline & LR targets as set by the management through regular reviews with all stakeholders
