JOB DESCRIPTION: - Role & responsibilities
BM will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Agency Channel.
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team from own network.
Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
Preferred Candidate Profile Age between 23 - 45 years
- At least -6year of Agency Sales experience in Insurance Sector
- At least 2 years of team handling experience
- Willing to travel across the assigned locations
