Job description
safety induction training, toolbox talk & firefighting training.Ensure strict compliance of statutory rules and regulations ,Knowledge about BOCW acts 1996 & regulation .Ensure 100 % Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance with all Standards codes.Conduct Fire Risk Audit &Finalize locations of Fire Extinguishers as per fire risk and ensure availability.Maintain all activity works Permits like Hot Work, Excavations, Height, Confined Space, Erection, Electrical Work Etc.Organize safety committee meetings and review action plan.Conducting training sessions for Staff and Workers in various Health's, Safety & Environment topics on frequently basis.Establish, implement, and maintain Emergency Response Procedure for various potentially hazardous situations and to coordinate program of mock drills and exercise to ensure that such emergency response procedure is activated.Preparing Risk Assessments ( JSA/HIRA )as per Method Statement for different activities in construction siteSafety inspection for lifting tools and tackles, Fire alarm system, hand tools, Heavy equipment, Storage of Hazardous & Flammable Materials, Fire Extinguisher, etc.Accident investigation, Root causes analysis of Accident, Incidents & Injuries.Conduct Mock Drill.To comply with all safety legal requirements/standardsIdentifying processes that are hazardous & undertaking steps for curtailing associated risks.Induction Training & EHS training conducted to employees and workers.Preparation of job safety analysis for all activities involved in the project and suggests control measures to prevent accidents.Conduct safety audits for implementation of EHS performance.Conduct daily safety observation tour & report to PM.Conduct labour camp inspection.
