Required Skillset: · Should possess a minimum of 2-3 year’ s experience on the desired foreign language – Japanese / Italian / French / German · Should have experience in dealing with complex/advance level of interpretation · Besides the above listed foreign language, the candidate should also have strong command over English language · Should be flexible with shift coverage hours, owing to the client requirement, so as to offer higher overlap hours with the clients · Positive attitude · Strong interpersonal skills · Domain experience of AdOps / Digital marketing would be an added advantage, else should be willing to learn the domain knowledge · Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Role and Responsibility: · Connect with the local market manager or directors or planners · Capture all client information/requirement and share the same with the individual channel partners/POC's · Be a point of contact between multiple stakeholders across agencies/regions Offer rigorous on/off call support to the clientsJob tags
