Desired Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial civil projects
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's in Civil
- Salary: Based on candidate's interview performance, experience, skills and previous drawn salary.
- Compliant to travel as per the job requirement
- Fluency in Kannada language
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client coordination and management
- Procedural approvals from clients prior to execution of works
- Coordination and planning with Architects and Project Engineers.
- Responsible to ensure every aspects of the projects.
- Labour management pertaining to surplus and deficiency based on requirement
- Vendor finalization in coordination with procurement team
