Role Requirements:
At Gnothi Seauton, we are looking for Emerging Art Directors with at least 3-5 years, agency experience, who are itching to create work that is storytelling, visually stunning and market compelling. A digital first, contemporary designer, who wants to explore all possible visual applications/forms across digital, motion, branding and communication projects.
We are looking for a person who has:
The role that requires the candidate to have a digital first mindset.
Skills required:
Strong knowledge of design software's - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and a working knowledge of motion design software such as Adobe After Effects and/or Premier Pro.
Experience that cuts across B2C and B2B brands, and as mentioned above, work specific to fashion, retail and lifestyle brands would be desirable.
Essentials:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a creative and/or design agency
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Design, Communication Design, or Applied / Fine Arts.
Job Responsibilities:
Research objectives of projects to formulate art concepts and execute layout designs for artwork and copy.
Work in tandem with the Creative Director and the Design team.
Be open to feedback and respond to commentary and requests.
Be proactive in evaluating and identifying ways to improve the work process.
Enhance efficiency by being accountable and taking ownership of tasks.
