- Driving Growth & Strategy for Digital Foundation business (fastest growing & largest HCL Technologies business).
- Program Manager winning large complex deals in HCLTech – Interfacing with End Customers and Internal Stakeholders, ability to drive teams beyond direct hierarchy in a matrix environment.
- Ability to create proactive customer facing value propositions and Sales narrative, ability to identify business value from technology solutions.

Responsible for Business Technology role to drive growth and share of Digital Platform & Infrastructure Foundation Services business in the regions & verticals by.
Responsibilities: -
- Owning, anchoring, and driving deal with Sales, Presales and larger HCL ecosystem for selected RFP/RFI/RFQ's within Digital Foundation domain and integrated IT Outsourcing pursuits.
- Support regional GTM plan to achieve annual targets.
- Support mining new opportunities and consultatively engage with new & existing customers.
- Participate in Digital Foundation growth integrating ecosystem & cover 360-degree business aspects – business performance analytics, market potential & growth analytics, engage regional & Digital Foundation marketing, relations with advisors & analysts, engage HCL internal BUs & CoEs, engage alliances & partners etc.
- Participate and support thought leadership in advising clients on their journey to modern & new age solutions for Digital Foundation service lines.
- Strong collaboration with sales.
- Keep up to date with competitive, market and technology trends and landscape.
- Key functional areas in Digital Platform & Infrastructure Foundation Services domain will be Business Development & business acquisition including bid management, Presales and solution design with key focus on Nextgen and Digital IT Outsourcing services – Hybrid Cloud & Nextgen Data Center, Digital Platforms Services, Digital Application Operations, Digital Workplace, Intelligent Networks, Analytics, AI Automation Foundation and Cyber Security technologies.
- 4 key Dimensions to focus will be – Customer Impact, Business, Technology Solutions & Commercials.
- 6 Knowledge Areas will be Sales, Consulting, Operations, Transition, Transformation & Contracting
Desired Skills: -
- Experience of having worked in IT Technology firms will be preferred.
- Experience with Infrastructure Presales and solutions preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.
- Good hold on accounting and financials.
- Previous experience in Cloud Computing, Automation and Machine Learning will be a plus.
- Career bend towards Solutions and Sales.
- Ability to Program Manage Large Sales cycles.
