Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Kagal. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent. This role also includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and identifying qualified candidates for various roles within the company. Qualifications Experience in recruiting and HR Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry mainly in plastic or fertilizer manufacturing.Job tags
