Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and overall Human Resources operations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
Expertise in developing, implementing and managing HR Policies.
Proven experience working in Human Resources (HR) and familiarity with HR functions, workflows and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred.
