Job description
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall company goals.
- Handle queries and solve problems efficiently and independently.
- Identify potential suppliers conduct negotiations and establish agreements.
- Manage the procurement process ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality reliability and costeffectiveness.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Monitor inventory turnover and ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Oversee the logistics and distribution process ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management and procurement roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes logistics and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
