Position: Finance & Accounting Manager
Exp: 6 to 12 Years
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, US SHIFT
Location: Chennai
Preferred Industry: Courier, Goods Transportation, Supply Chain Management
JOB SPECS: Manager - Finance and Accounting - Review of Monthly Accounts and able to Finalize the accounts in a timely manner.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet Support Schedules on a monthly basis.
- Review and Analyze Gross Profit and report on a weekly basis.
- Monitor the booking of Admin Expenses.
- Monitor and Manage Weekly Billing & Accuracy.
- Monitor and Manage AR & AP with respective Team member on a weekly basis and follow up.
- Prepare Cash Flow Report and Manage on a weekly basis.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis and help in clearing the Reconciliation items.
- Very good in concepts of accounting/journal entries.
- Good communication, Advanced Excel Skills, Quick books, Tally.
- Experience in the current role – 6 -12 years, Experience in the Logistics Industry ++
- Education: B.Com/M.Com/Inter-CA,CA ++.
