Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. This role requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. The position is based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols
- Experience with IT infrastructure management tools and technologies
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler and ClearPass implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Certifications in relevant IT infrastructure and security domains are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems, including data backup and disaster recovery
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT infrastructure
- Document and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and configurations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure and security
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT infrastructure and services
