About the role

Location: Hyderabad

The Microsoft Power Platform Technical delivery role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The specialist will work closely with business partners, solution architects, and vendor dev teams to define and implement the product delivery and roadmap. The specialist will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Collaborate with business partners and solution architects to define the Product strategy and delivery.
• Defining the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences. Assess business requirements and provide recommendations to business on optimal solution.
• Enforce architectural standards and best practices for Power Platform development. Creating project timeline and implementation schedules
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with the organization's overall technology landscape and integration requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to vendor development teams working on Power Platform projects.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions. Establish governance processes and policies to ensure the effective management and delivery by using Power Platform environment.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in Power Platform solutions.
• Work with the development team to define specifications for customizations and custom code. Support multiple Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions.

Role Requirements

• 10 - 14 years of product portfolio or IT program management experience.
• Must have a minimum of 4 + years of Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint and Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions.
• Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
• Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse , Power Automate, AI Builder.
• Design and Architecture exp in SharePoint Online, M365/Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Power BI,Azure DevOps.
• M365 with governance, policy definition, process creation & license management
