HR - Recruiter

Location : Chennai - Thoraipakkam

Mode of Work : Work From Office

Exp: 5 - 7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and on boarding, to fill various positions within the organisation.
• Should have experience in sourcing, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Oracle skills
• Employ various sourcing strategies, including online Naukri, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in recruitment technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
