Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager at Omega Bright Steel Pvt Ltd located in Faridabad. The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing the product development process, including R&D, project management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. They will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure that new products meet customer demand and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D)
• Experience in Project Management within the Automotive industry
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Knowledge of production processes of machining, cold forging and its equipment
• Good understanding of market trends and automotive industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Automotive Technology, or related fields
• Experience with process validation and regulatory compliance

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and organizational abilities. The candidate should possess the ability to work well under pressure and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
