Job description
Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Human Resources plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the overall human resources functions within the organization. This position involves providing strategic direction, leadership, and expertise in various HR areas to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing effective HR policies, programs, and initiatives, while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Additionally, they will lead a team of HR professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of employee engagement, development, and retention.
Qualifications: Master degree/ PG diploma in Human Resources
Experience: 12-18 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and counsel to senior leadership on HR matters, contributing to the development of business strategies and decision-making processes.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and fair treatment.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
3. Performance Management:
• Administer performance management programs and processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Support managers in providing timely and constructive feedback to employees.
• Identify and address performance issues and provide guidance on corrective actions and disciplinary measures when necessary.
4. Training and Development:
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
5. Compliance and Policy Development:
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.

• Extensive experience in HR management roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
