Responsibilities:
- Growing business of a branded consumer painting service through an off-roll team.
- Includes, ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and adequate supervision of sites; improving
- speed of response to customers, quality of sales pitch, higher lead conversion and upgrading products used at sites.
- Growing secondary sales in the territory through activities targeting Painters & Contractors.
- Supporting marketing activities in the territory by promoting focus products among influencers.
- Driving participation of influencer in training initiatives of the company at training academies.
- Coaching, training, and monitoring the team to improve performance & maintain operational discipline.
Requirements
∙ Post-Graduate in Management
∙2+ years’ experience in business development and influencer sales
∙ Team handling experience is a must
∙ Experience in working with Building Materials. Work ex. Financial & Banking sector can also be considered
∙ Sound knowledge of workplace productivity tools and technology
