Job description
Responsibilities:
? Lead application development, testing, deployment, and rollout for several applications
? Create, maintain, and update applications in accordance with Appian best practices
? Develop application health monitoring strategy and ensure applications are meeting strict SLAs set by the business
? Lead data architecture planning and implementation to ensure Appian will integrate cleanly with existing Oscar data
? Support data migration efforts to ensure historical data is maintained and surfaceable within Appian
? Create thorough technical documentation to outline key decisions and implementation strategies for new applications
? Co-lead the technical planning and requirements gathering exercises necessary for development
? Assess user requirements and communicate feasibility of implementation with business and technical stakeholders
? Ability to distill complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
?2+ years of software development experience
?4+ years of experience developing on Appian?s platform
? Appian Lead Developer Certification
? Experience with the technical architecture of Appian at an enterprise level
? Experience working in an agile environment, preferably using Jira
? Experience writing custom code within Appian to support intricate business processes
? Experience designing and troubleshooting advanced integrations using APIs and complex data structures
? Experience with UX design
