Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Coimbatore
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Cloudops and Dataops teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cloudops and data ops teams
- Develop and maintain service delivery standards and processes
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Provide leadership and guidance to the teams to ensure they meet their objectives
- Handle escalations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in service delivery management
- Proven experience in managing cloudops and data ops teams
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
