About the role

A knowledge worker and a subject matter expert who is assigned accountability for the data specifications and data quality of specifically assigned business entities, subject areas, or databases. The Data steward support the Set-up, maintenance, and development of the TRD master and reference data management, to help establish enterprise data principles, standards, and guidelines on behalf of TRD. Ensure application of FAIR data principles in TRD and oversees the adherence to FAIR principles by other team members. Track and follow the business data quality and ensure it is fit for consumption from business end. Independently monitor the level of data quality of individual data sources & datasets as per define business metrics and produce Data Quality Dashboards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Prior experience working as Data Steward, driving Data Management capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management (including business glossary & data lineage), Master Data Management and data ownership.
• Knowledge of Pharma, Supply Chain, Master Data – Material Master, Data Management & Data Governance principles
• Ability to drive Data Working Group and Cross Domain forums fostering data driven mindset across the organization.
• Define and implement data quality rules, and remediation of underlying data quality issues enabling trust in data
• Understanding issue management process to drive remediate of data quality issues collaborating with stakeholders across domains.
• Experience driving Business Glossary and Data Lineage initiatives, and complex discussions around data ownership. Drive identification of Critical Data Elements across business process & systems, and implementation of governance for coverage.
• Proven experience in Alteryx, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Qlik Sense, Power BI, and SAP applications. The ability to drive meaningful change and navigate complex challenges with confidence.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
