Preparing analysis and reports for the Client Relationship Managers to enable them to take important and strategic decisions based on various facts/figures and trends
Creating reports with meaningful analysis and insights that combines data visualizations with effective and concise written takeaways and recommendations i.e. effective storyteller
Analyze the insurer performance with the available data- premium performance, service trends, share of portfolio etc
Demonstrate ability to translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations and clearly communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Partnering with Client Relationship manager to address their data related requirements to provide effective services to the insurers (client) to improve customer experience
Act as a consultant to bridge the client strategy and data. To be familiar with the insurer (client) objectives to build reports that deliver the most value; to translate observations in the data into action-items for client
Work under a fast changing environment, with the ability to switch priorities, yet produce high quality and accurate reports
Think innovatively and propose and implement ideas for new reports/process simplification
