Growth Analyst:

Role Description:

1. As a Growth Analyst, you'll embark on a technical expedition, meticulously navigating the business landscape to uncover opportunities (user stories) for diverse analyses, automated solutions, and streamlined processes tailored to the distinct needs of our clients within the ecommerce Analytics realm.

2. At the core of your responsibilities lies the transformation of functional business challenges into analytical problem statements, fueling the creation of user stories and compelling cases studies

3. Presenting these thoughtfully crafted solutions to clients, you await their approval. Once received, these concepts and strategies are entrusted to our Engagement Leaders who oversee their implementation, ensuring a seamless progression and enduring client engagement – a harmonious ballet within the realm of consulting.

4. While this role is centred around the Growth Analyst, other analytical minds are encouraged to contribute their insights to the tapestry. Once refined and sanctioned, these ideas seamlessly find their way to the Growth Analyst, who then coordinates the assembly of specialized teams through our Engagement Leads. The General Analyst (GA) must play a crucial role in guiding our analysts in mastering the art of conducting root cause analysis and formulating precise problem statements.

5. Fostering Internal Growth: Our Growth Analyst nurtures internal connections, weaving a network that links fellow Growth Analysts and Business Heads. This internal fabric unveils unexplored domains for pertinent analyses, automation finesse, and process enhancement, all tailored to elevate our internal stakeholders.

6. Stay updated and connected with Internal Project managers or Amazon suites of people for developments in Amazon ecosystem via LinkedIn, webinars, blogs, and similar avenues, with the potential for collaboration with proprietors or creation of business opportunities for Saras Analytics.

7. Collaborate effectively with Project Leads and Engagement Leads to formulate and sustain future project pipelines.

8. Recognize the significance of comprehending Amazon Agencies' business acumen in its entirety, along with understanding our operational model and that of our clients. This comprehension serves as a tool to solve complex challenges.

Educational Background:

1. Possess 5-6+ years of robust project experience within an Analytics or Consulting firm.

2. Demonstrate technical proficiency across the tech stack with a deep comprehension of the ecommerce landscape.

3. Exhibit expertise in Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Cumul.io, and others.

4. Possess a foundational understanding of statistics for effective translation.

5. Embody a problem-solving mindset; Excellence and Unwavering Ownership are prerequisites.
