The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 6 Months of experience in Human Resources. Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes and best practices. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality. Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
