Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, formulate action plans, and drive continuous sales growth.
  5. Conduct training sessions for sales representatives to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques, fostering a high-performing team.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate sales forecasts, contributing to inventory management and overall business planning.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or management are a plus.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous experience in a managerial role is advantageous.
  3. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating a sales team.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
  6. Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changes in the market and company strategies.
