Customer Care Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Sales experience is also desired, as the Customer Care Executive may be involved in upselling and cross-selling products or services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
