Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Program Manager - MW
In this role, A project manageridentifies the project%27s goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
. Exposure in Designing and Managing MW integrations team.
. Defining, developing, and prioritizing business projects with department managers and the leadership team for Middleware integrations.
. Planning projects, including timelines, budgets, tasks, and staff.
. Overseeing project teams, ensuring they maintain company standards and comply with regulations.
. Creating procedure and policy documents and guidelines.
. Evaluating progress and taking appropriate actions.
. Creating project status reports for senior management.
. Experience working on Integrations projects and testing end to end.
. A Project Management Institute, Association for Project Management, or Chartered Management Institute membership or qualification.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Proven leadership skills.
. Excellent problem-solving and organization skills.
. BE/B Tech/MBA/B.Sc
. Should have bachelor&rsquos degree in project management.
. Extensive years%27 experience in a project management role.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Experience managing Integrations team for either of these middleware Support projects - GlobalScape, APIGEE, Informatica,OIC, Boomi
. Working experience in Data Analysis, project management and excel reporting.
. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Supports the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.
. Maintains budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in review meetings.
. Ensure timely invoicing as per SOWs.
. Ensure timesheets adherence for entire team.
. Work closely with PMO, Finance, and Project team and resolve gaps, if any.
. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
. Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
. Experience with Excel and macros.
. Well versed with excel reporting, charts etc.
. Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership.
