Job brief

We are looking for a Documentation Specialist for a Consultant working on projects of Education on Alternative Energy with High Schools and related Government Departments for creating reports for submission to authorities.

It will be project based work / part time / work from home / freelance basis with compensation / fees on task basis depending on the amount of work to be completed and time frame commitments.

Responsibilities

• Draft documents / reports as per the inputs & specifications received from Consultant
• Get documents / reports reviewed refined recorded indexed/organized in the storage.
• Coordinate and follow up with Departments and Schools for scheduling sessions for students.
• Assist with both internal and external audits
• Ensure documentation integrity
• Control access to documents

Requirements and skills

• Outstanding organizational skills
• Multitasking ability
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Documentation Specialist
• Efficiency with software applications such as Word Excel Power point etc.

Should deliver the jobs without follow up!

Can be a fresher / homemaker / retired person who is proactive willing to work on new projects and takes initiatives to learn new subjects and skills as required during the course of project works.

Location : Panaji Goa.
