Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To organize, Co-ordinate and assist SH (HR) in effective implementation of various HR activities like compensation monitoring.
2. Performance appraisal, Salary administration, Recruitment, Talent Management Process of all staff & officers as per the organization requirement.
3. Associate in filling the vacant position in given time frame.
4. Coordinate in conducting interviews for the candidates.
5. Record keeping and documents verification.
Goals / KRA to be assigned:
1. Accountability : Establishment Performance
2. Appraisal: To assist SH (HR) coordinating and execution in effective implementation of performance appraisal activities as per the guidelines in the organization.
3. Organization Structure & HR MIS Compensation.
4. Assist in preparation of compensation details and planning & budgeting exercise as per CHRD norms.
