Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager -Community Manager
As a Community Manager in Genome, you will be owning learning experiences of learners across the globe. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that is why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, curious to learn, passionate about people, and can work closely with senior leadership in the organization. Community Managers will manage the ‘social aspect’ of the learner experience and will also manage the experiences of senior leadership who are part of our Master Guru and Guru network.
Genome is a learning platform that builds on collective intelligence of peers and senior leadership (Master Gurus / Gurus) in a collaborative manner. It is the first 'for collective intelligence, by collective intelligence' digital transformation learning system in the world. Genome is inspired by a decade of research conducted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is the brainchild of Gianni Giacomelli, Chief Innovation Officer at Genpact.

• Deliver learner experience at Transform and Solidify stages in the Genome BITS (Because Immerse, Transform, and Solidify) journey.
• Proactive planning and scheduling for Transform and Solidify across skills and proficiencies.
• Administrative set up of Guru Connects, Large Scale Guru Connects, Guru Forum, and Solidify readiness.
• Moderate Transform sessions; actively engage with learners and Master Gurus/ Gurus.
• Manage learner engagement - proactive nudging of learners to join and participate in Transform sessions.
• Manage Master Gurus and Gurus experience for assigned skills and proficiencies.
• Curate Solidify tasks from Master Gurus and Gurus, and work with Knowledge Managers to create tasks as per guidelines.
• Manage Solidify operations on the Solidify Platform – task creation and upload, tracking learner peer reviews proxy reviews, and timely reporting.
• Leverage data and insights to enable wave completion for assigned skills and proficiencies.
• Leverage data and insights to track the health of assigned skills and proficiencies (planned vs.
scheduled; scheduled vs. conducted vs. cancelled; attended vs. no shows; etc.)
• Adherence to standard operating process (SOPs) and process audits.
• Meet operation metrics, SLA, targets and KPIs (e.g., adoption, access, ratings, feedback etc.).

• Excellent MS office skills – Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookup, h-lookup, pivot, macro-creation), mail merge, dashboard creation and presentation skills, etc.
• Knowledge of Power BI and DevOps
• Collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, etc.
• Agile (Beginner/ Intermediate) preferred.
