Overview :

Beanstalkedu, a leader in the ECCE EdTech space in India, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Associate. This role involves a blend of B2B and B2C sales, including SaaS subscription selling, course selling, franchise selling, and educational counseling. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of nurturing leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Overview:

Beanstalkedu is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a knack for crafting compelling messages, and a proven track record of successfully executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify target audiences and segment markets to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, press releases, and more. Craft clear, consistent, and impactful messages that resonate with the target audience.

Digital Marketing:

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, and online advertising to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure campaign success.

Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all communication touchpoints. Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.

Public Relations:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships. Draft press releases, media kits, and other materials for PR initiatives.

Event Coordination:

Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events to promote the brand and engage the target audience. Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, content development, and post-event follow-up.

Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify areas for innovation.

Internal Communications:

Facilitate effective internal communication by developing and implementing strategies that keep employees informed and engaged. Coordinate internal announcements, newsletters, and updates.

Analytics and Reporting:

Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing and communications efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field Some prior experience (~3-5 years) in marketing and communications roles, with a successful track record of managing campaigns and projects. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with graphic design tools and principles is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
