Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at Aces Global Consulting Pvt Ltd. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as an Accountant with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of tax preparation and filing procedures
• Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws and regulations
• Experience in drafting appeal and handling tax-related matters is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial transactions and record-keeping
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Handle tax preparation and submission of tax returns
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide insights
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
