Job description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of information security risks and vulnerabilities, identifying potential threats and proposing effective mitigation strategies. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate and provide analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Security Architecture: Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and data. Monitoring and Analysis: Utilize security tools to monitor and analyze security alerts, ensuring a proactive response to potential security breaches. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Security Awareness Training: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on security best practices and promote a culture of security awareness. Security Audits and Compliance: Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide recommendations for improvement. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security policies, procedures, and incidents. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of security concepts, protocols, and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
